The workout of the year! 

Wear your favorite blue or white workout attire and join us on Lido Beach on August 29th starting at 7:30a for a pilates sculpt workout & oceanside brunch. All guests will receive their own pair of Bala Bangles to use during the workout and keep forever.

Following the class we will enjoy a healthy brunch spread by Harvest & Heart as well as coffees & matchas by Sol Sipsters.

The first twenty ticket purchasers will receive a complimentary Bala Scrunchie. 

Here's the schedule:

7:15a - arrival, grab your balas & set up your mat
7:30a - class begins
8:20a - brunch, sips & mingling
9:15a - hang with us on the beach for the morning or say farewell!

Members early bird tickets drop July 10th, GA early bird tickets drop July 11th, and regular admission begins on July 13th!

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in physical activity at my own risk. I understand that exercise carries inherent risks of injury and agree to assume full responsibility for my participation.
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this class and will modify or stop exercising if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
I release and hold harmless PulseHaus, its owners, instructors, volunteers, partners, vendors, and the event venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I understand that this event may be photographed or filmed, and I grant permission for my image to be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless I notify PulseHaus in writing before the event.
By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver.
