Some experiences are meant to be lived once - never repeated, never recreated. That's the entire idea behind One Night Only.

This isn't a recurring event. It's a single, unrepeatable convergence of place, people, and craft - a night built from a combination of artists, chefs, setting, and small details that will never exist in this exact form again. Once it's over, it's over.

The Setting

Tucked away on Homestead Hydrofarm, the evening unfolds against a backdrop that could never be manufactured: sunflower fields, blossoming greenhouses, and the easy soundtrack of an Old Florida farm at dusk. As the sun sets over the fields, guests will find themselves somewhere that feels both entirely new and quietly nostalgic.

The Menu

Great chefs make great dishes. Paired chefs make something else entirely.

For One Night Only, we're bringing together 4 pairs of exceptional local chefs, including three Michelin recognized chefs, each collaborating on a custom micro-menu created exclusively for this evening. Guests will move through the farm sampling each pair's creations - small, thoughtfully composed bites born from the friction and chemistry of two culinary voices working as one. These menus will never be served again, by these chefs, in this combination, anywhere else.

The Music

Setting the tone for the evening is Chance Pressley, whose sound blends folk, Americana, and heartfelt storytelling into something immediately familiar and entirely his own. His songwriting and stage presence create the kind of atmosphere that lingers long after the last note.

He'll be joined by a couple opening performers, including Harper Lee Wyant, keeping the evening lively from the very first arrival.
