Sushi Making Class

September 18th | 6:30-8pm at FushiPoke

We’re excited to host a hands-on Sushi Making Class with FushiPoké!

Guests will learn several different sushi-making techniques while creating their own sushi to enjoy during the class. We’ll provide everything needed, and each guest will also leave with tools and recipes to recreate the experience at home.

Each experience includes:

• Hands-on instruction from the FushiPoké team

• One glass of Prosecco

• All sushi ingredients and supplies

• A bamboo sushi rolling mat to take home

• Take-home sushi recipes

• A shopping list for ingredients and supplies

Vegan Experience — $60 per person

• Veggie Hand Roll

• Takuan Hosomaki or Avocado-Cucumber Hosomaki

• Salad Samurai Roll

Classic Experience — $70 per person

• Salmon or Tuna Nigiri

• Spicy Tuna or Spicy Salmon

• California Roll or Dragon Roll

Premium Experience — $80 per person

• Akami and Toro Nigiri

• Negitoro Hosomaki

• Rainbow Roll or Big Tuna Roll

The class is designed to be fun, approachable, and interactive, with guests learning techniques you can actually use again at home.
